Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between emotion code®, body code® & belief code® and how do i know which ‘Code’ method is best for me or my pet?

The underlying causes of all issues is imbalance.

Trapped emotions are the most common underlying imbalances that show up as symptoms. These are discovered and addressed with the Emotion Code.

The Body Code gives a very simple way to ask the subconscious mind what other underlying imbalances there may be, whether they are from pathogens, nutritional deficiencies, toxicity, structural imbalances, circuitry imbalances (such as chakras or acupuncture meridians), and so on.

The Belief Code provides a simple and easy way to identify faulty, unwanted complex belief systems, and release them from the mind.

I am often asked which ‘Code’ method, will help improve a particular issue. I generally recommend beginning with Body Code, as it serves as an ‘umbrella’ under which we can find trapped emotions, individual negative beliefs, heart wall emotions and physical imbalances. Ultimately, the best way to find out what a person or pet needs is to use muscle testing or dowsing to ask the body!

What is muscle testing or dowsing?

Muscle testing is a reliable tool to analyze what the body needs, and identify the root cause of negative symptoms. Muscle testing allows anyone to ask their subconscious mind what it needs, and obtain answers directly from the body.

Muscle testing techniques are based on principles of biomagnetic energy. While our conscious mind is mostly oblivious to these energies, it is believed that our subconscious mind is profoundly aware of and affected by them. The premise is that the subconscious can lead the body to respond to or reinforce life affirming ‘positive’ energy and to avoid or refuse harmful or ‘negative’ energy. These responses are what make muscle testing possible.

This relationship between the subconscious mind and energy can be tapped in to by asking “true/false” questions and then checking the body’s response via muscle testing or dowsing.

What is a ‘Heart Wall’, how does it form, and how do I know if I have one?

A Heart-Wall is made of one or more trapped emotions that the subconscious mind uses to surround the heart as a protective barrier against emotional pain.

  • Each trapped emotion in the Heart-Wall is known as a Heart-Wall emotion. A Heart-Wall emotion is one layer in the collective Heart-Wall. When all Heart-Wall emotions have been removed, the Heart-Wall is gone.

  • The Heart-Wall is usually created in response to emotional distress. The subconscious mind then uses pre-existing trapped emotions to form the wall. Therefore, the Heart-Wall may be made up of any emotion(s), new or old.

  • Heart-Wall emotions may be from any time in one’s life, they can also be inherited and/or absorbed from others.

  • A Heart-Wall may cause one to feel disconnected from others, lonely, sad, anxious, and unmotivated. Physical symptoms such as neck and shoulder discomfort may also be present.

What is the Belief Code & How does it work?

The Belief Code builds on the Emotion Code and the Body Code, and allows me to tap into the subconscious mind in order to identify and release unwanted belief systems, reverse or replace negative systems of thought, and create space for new empowering beliefs! The Belief Code offers us a way to uproot negative subconscious beliefs, release ourselves from incongruous belief patterns, and allow us to see things as they really are; Freeing your mind, body, and spirit from beliefs that have been holding you back!

*I would like to emphasize that the Emotion Code, the Body Code, and the Belief Code are not meant to treat disease. Instead, they are used to remove the underlying imbalances of issues, allowing the body to be in the best place to be able to heal itself. This may seem like a fine distinction, but it is important to point out. The medical community treats diseases, I remove imbalances!
