my path to healing

My Journey

My name is Lauren. For over 35 years, I have been a spiritual seeker and an expert on trapped emotions. As a trauma survivor, I spent most of my life searching for emotional relief, trying to understand the roots of suffering and why "bad things happen to good people." I immersed myself in dozens of modalities—from Edgar Cayce and Kabbalah to Eastern philosophy and Reiki. While these teachings and healings were profoundly transformative, none delivered the lasting emotional freedom I was looking for.

The Turning Point

Then, in the span of just 10 days, my entire world turned upside down. I became an empty-nester, lost my career, and was diagnosed with stage 3b ovarian cancer. This crisis became my ultimate catalyst. By balancing alternative and allopathic therapies, I successfully beat cancer.

Fascinated by my own recovery, I spent two years apprenticing with one of the key energy healers who aided my physical survival. There, I mastered the art of medical dowsing and pendulum energy direction. However, it was the need to process the residual trauma of cancer that finally led me to Emotion Code® and Body Code®. It was then, for the first time in my life, I experienced the immediate shifts and long-term emotional relief I had spent decades searching for.

My Mission & Training

Beating cancer ignited a desire to heal on all levels and support others on their own sacred journeys. To provide the highest level of holistic care, I became certified in Emotion Code®, Body Code®, and Belief Code®. I expanded my training through advanced Pranic Healing®, Pranic Psychotherapy and Arhatic Yoga; I completed a intensive three-year Shamanic Practitioner apprenticeship, and returned to the ancient lineage healings of King Solomon through the Modern Mystery School.

Today, as a lineage holder and 2nd Step Ritual Master within the Mystery School Tradition, I combine decades of Hermetic wisdom with powerful energetic tools. Additionally, I am certified to offer Life Activations, Crystal Healings, Sacred Geometry, Aura Healings and create complex Crystal Grids, all with the intention of helping you clear trapped trauma and step into your own vibrant well-being.

Healing Our Animal Companions

Because my passion for healing extends to all living things, I also specialize in energy work for animals. Animals experience emotional trauma and trapped anxiety just like humans do. I absolutely love using the Body Code® to communicate with animals, decode their physical or behavioral messages, and clear the trauma and energetic blocks that keep them from thriving.
