my path to healing

My name is Lauren, and I am an expert on trapped emotions. I say this because as a trauma survivor, I spent years avoiding my emotions. Unaware of the detrimental consequences, they began to adversely affect my life and ultimately created dis-ease within my body.

Over the years I worked with a variety of practitioners, embracing a range of modalities. Although helpful in identifying the roots of my suffering and providing a degree of immediate relief, none were able to offer the long-term results I was seeking. 

Then, in the span of 10 days, my life changed…

I became an empty-nester, lost my job, and was diagnosed with stage 3b ovarian cancer. I spent the following months balancing alternative therapies with allopathic and, in the end, beat cancer. Once out of danger, I needed to process the immense trauma resulting from this experience. This led me to the first modality to provide the immediate & long-term relief I’d been seeking: Body Code® and Emotion Code®.

The illness led to deeper soul-searching and increased my desire to heal on all levels; It also became the impetus in my desire to support others on their healing journey.

Once certified in Emotion Code® & Body Code® I continued my training as a healer by learning the advanced methods of Pranic Healing®, completed an intensive three-year shamanic apprenticeship to become a Visionary Healing Practitioner, and then became certified in Belief Code®.

Eventually, I returned to studying the lineage healings of King Solomon through the Modern Mystery School. I am now a 2nd step Ritual Master, certified to offer a myriad of healings, including Life Activation and Aura Healing .
